Is now a good time to buy? is one of the most frequently asked questions I hear from clients and customers, neighbors, at social get-togethers, at the gym or from strangers who can't resist giving my assistant Lennon some attention while we are out running the trails. 
My answer since 2004 has been: if you are financially ready and stable and need/want a new home, then now is a good time to buy.

The lady in the household section at the Target on Dobbin in Columbia, MD who yelled an overly excited YES when she spotted 3 containers of disinfecting wipes, and was seen dancing through the parking lot moments later? ... Yep, that lady was me! Never ever have I been happier about my purchase of cleaning supplies. How times have changed!! 
The disinfectant wipes ARE a biggie, and fully warrant a public happy dance with a messy bun piled atop of my head.
