My first-time home buyer started out looking for a townhome but dreaming of a single family with a yard for the four-legged family member. Options were extremely limited, we looked at a home with roaches, another one with framing issues, a third one with foundation repairs looming.. while a little TLC was welcome, major issues were not, so we kept looking.
