So, what happened to all that housing inventory? I have a couple of great clients I'm currently working with, ready, willing and able buyers, preapproval in hand, excellent credit AND realistic expectations AND a pleasure to work with. It doesn't get much better than this.. Our problem, there are no houses! We have seen pretty much everything that fit their budget and needs in the desired area, even widened our search to include other school districts but there is just not that much to choose from. I would love to be the queen of that castle. If those walls could talk, I'd take the days or weeks off to listen! I admit, this piece of Real Estate is far away from our turfs, but that doesn't make it less intriguing.
