I've spent the last 2 weeks acclimating to our new normal, at home and at the office. My kids are on a Corona-schedule, and have adjusted beautifully. They miss school, the interaction with their peeps and peers, but staying connected via various electronic devices and sticking to a schedule is helping a lot.. it's amazing to see how quick to adapt and resilient they are. 
Although our physical office is closed, our business has not! Real Estate is still very much happening in Silver Spring, MD and beyond! We "just" had to make changes to the way we handle it [more about … (4 comments)

What are Open Houses really for? Hibernation is coming to an early end in Maryland this year since winter never really started and signs of Spring are already everywhere. Spring is just a busy season when it comes to Real Estate. The weather is fantastic to get out and about, everything looks nicer when the sky is blue, curb appeal gets a huge boost and families want to move before the next school year starts.
