As a born & raised German, I am very particular about most things, but especially all things labeled German. The Rathskeller is a German restaurant in Howard County, MD, that opened its doors in the cellar of a historic building in October of 2019. Although the pandemic forced them to shut down for a brief period, they've managed to survive and thrive during these times. That tells you a lot!
