Happy Fall! Fall foliage, apple picking, cooler temps, hot cider, spiced lattes, pumpkin everything.. It's my favorite time of the year and it's also a great time to buy a home in Silver Spring, MD beyond. I know, I know.. you hear that about every season but there are some very good arguments that speak for fall:

This post was inspired by my friend Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland (she does that a lot, inspire me that is) who just wrote about it - writing an offer - sometimes taking a bit longer.
