The purpose of home inspections is to find out if any of the components and systems of the property are in unsatisfactory condition. If yes - which is usually the case, I have yet to see a home inspection report with 0 items flagged - negotiations will determine which ones the seller is willing to fix, which, if any, the buyer would be willing to take on himself and which ones are deal-breakers.
