One of the ways we get people to say "Yes" is by following the rule of fair exchange in both our business and personal lives. In business, give more value than expected. Give more value than money exchanged. Give more value in hand-outs, phone calls, and other marketing efforts. Past clients, current customers and others often ask me "How's the market doing?" or "Bob, what do you think is gonna happen this year?" It's popular water-cooler talk.
