As many of you know, I started working towards my CA Broker License last December. After 8 years as an appraiser, I decided that obtaining my broker license would be the best way to further my career as a real estate professional. I began taking the coursework, studying diligently and learning as much as I could from as many sources as I could, including AR! I attended an real estate investor's club meeting the other day and it got me thinking about the best way to approach investors. What do they need from an Appraiser? What service can a Broker best provide to them? What triggers their interest in an investment property?
