A few weeks ago I took the kids down to San Pedro to visit the Sea Lion Rehabilitiation Center at Fort MacArthur (More on that later). Fort MacArthur has a lot of interesting things to explore and an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. It's a great place for a picnic too with a large lawn, ocean breeze and panoramic view. The kids always like to go see the Korean Friendship Bell for its exotic charm and location.
