Staging costs: $15,000 (Paint, repairs, landscaping, furniture rental and staging costs)

Although I don't usually put flowers in the middle of the room... the goal here was to grab the buyers eye on the net... 15 comparable units on the market at the same time, in the same complex and this one sold in a week for asking... in a downturning market.

Last December a Realtor I had met, while Condo shopping for friends in from London (UK), was explaining to me how hard a time she was having finding a stager that could do a job on short notice, due the boom happening in Toronto at the time. After a bit of discussion I agreed to "help" her out.
