Today's thought for the day from the Napoleon Hill Foundation was very insightful and made me think, "What is your major purpose?" LIVING WITHOUT A DEFINITE MAJOR PURPOSE PROMISES NOTHING BUT A SCANT LIVING. We can just get by in life without a Definite Major Purpose, but we can't get ahead in life without one. houses: Learn From Your Mistakes!

We must learn from our mistakes. If you keep repeating the same mistake your going to get the same result and this just makes your a fool. The only way to not make the same mistake is to change what you are doing. If it works, don't fix it! If it doesn't work then and only then, Fix it! If you like losing money then keep making the same mistakes. Some mistakes are more expensive than others so you want to make sure you don't make very many of the expensive ones.

Have you noticed that in the 1990's golf courses were being built everywhere? Now in the Houston area (where you can usually golf all year long) several of the golf courses are selling out to developers to build new neighborhoods. In all parts of the area, golf courses are yelling FORE! ...because houses instead of golf balls are coming in fast! What trends have you noticed in your area? David N.
