Aurora's average home price decreased $6,444 from August for a 2.51% decrease. This is an increase from 2014 for the same month of $11,748 or 4.93%. Even though we saw a decrease from the previous month the Year to Year Comps still look impressive. These are solid numbers and there is no sign of it changing unless the Fed decides to start raising rates.
