Aurora Colorado had another great month in February!
 
Homes Sold - 399
Average Sell Price - $231,736
Total Sf - 2,071
Days on the Market - 35
Price Per Square Foot - $111.57
 
Aurora's average home price increased $7,135 from January for a 3.18% increase. The increase from 2014 for the same month is a increase of $16,217 or 7.52%. These are solid numbers and there is no sign of it changing.

Lowry is a neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. This neighborhood use to be the Lowry Air Force Base that was officially closed on April, 27th 1994 and Lowry was Redeveloped into a Denver neighborhood. 
Lowry's Officer and NCO living Quarters were turned into new Townhomes and Condos. Richmond, Standard Pacific and other builders started building Single-Family Homes in Northwest.
There are still many of the original buildings including some Airplane Hangers and the Museum *Wings Over the Rockies. The oldest building in this neighborhood was built in 1904 and is now a residential home.

This 3000+square foot home went under contract in the same day that it came on the market! We closed yesterday and the new owners were so excited to move in. 
Looking around the closing table and seeing how excited the new owners are especially the first time home buyers make me feel good. I can't help but to get excited with and for them. 
Congrats to the new home buyers and to my clients for there new home that they just closed on last week
