Lowry's Officer and NCO living Quarters were turned into new Townhomes and Condos. Richmond, Standard Pacific and other builders started building Single-Family Homes in Northwest. There are still many of the original buildings including some Airplane Hangers and the Museum *Wings Over the Rockies.
