2015 Market Recap It was a great year for the Lowry Market . January's average Home Price Sold was $355,376 to Decembers average of $520,186. This was a average increase of $164,810 per home or a 43.38% increase . The year ended with the homes selling for $185.71 per square foot. Note that the amount of Townhomes sold in the area did affect the sale price.
