open houses: Successful Open House in Wheatlands

Today's Open House was crazy!!! The First Day on the market I held a Open House to kick off this home to the public. We had 13 scheduled Showings from 1-6pm. We had 11 Agents show the home to their clients during the Open House (which doesn't normally happen). At the same time we had at least 10-15 groups of customers that were not represented. All in Three Hours. There was actually a line at 10am to get in the door. I have never held a open house like that, but it was busy and fun.
