I have been questioned by some Agents about what I inspect and why. The implication was that I was going beyond the scope of a Home Inspection when I include certain items. My reports are thorough so I do go beyond the minimum requirements on many things. A client will see notes on broken sprinkler heads, major fence issues even if they are not adjacent to the home, and some times outbuildings that are not attached.I will test the sprinklers if the client desires and I am able to.
