Always Wear Protection - Woops - Tis the Season to be slip sliding away. Showing houses during the winter season has always been a challenge. Well it seems like we are showing more and more short sales and foreclosures and the properties just are not kept up to snuff as far as snow and ice removal. I just showed a house last evening that was vacant. No snow removal attempts whatsoever.
