Sometimes don't you feel like you are being used?
We all deal with a wide range of strong personalities on a daily basis.  We have potential Buyer's that are window shopping, those that want to be chauffeured, and those that are professional lookers.

Newbie or Not Newbie, That is the Question - William Shakespeare I am not.
We have always had a high turnover in our industry as the grass always seemed greener as well as the money.  People did not really understand from the outside looking in on how much time and effort we do put into our clients, and that they are basically an investment to us.  The company or ourselves put advertising dollars out and gas money and really don't know if we will get a return on it.

Do You Buy Instinctively?
In today's world technology is extremely hard to keep up with.  I find myself seeing technology and all the advancements moving at the speed of light, while my old comprehension level moves at the speed of a tortoise.
In past history I have found myself buying into all this technology as the products first come out, and buying instinctively without doing a feasibility study.  I really should have taken the time to make sure it was practical for what I really need or what I really want.

Are You a Super Realtor?
I know many of you out there work in teams and/or have personal assistants.  At what point in time did you make that transition and has it really been affective.  Those of us that do not have them are probably torn whether to go that route or not.  Whether it be financial, or just being plain scared, there is risk involved.

Oh, the good old days.
I know a lot of you out there have been in the business for over 20 years like me.  They seems like eternity in some sense, but it is amazing how far technology has come.  For the people that are still fairly new in the business, I did not write contracts with a hammer and chisel, but close to it.
