You Want What? Today it seems like we are working 3 times as hard for 3 times less money. If your Seller is being unrealistic on valuing their property, always recommend an unbiased appraisal for market value. It may cost them a few hundred dollars or so to have this, but overpricing their home in some cases by tens of thousands of dollars, will end up costing them more in the long run by sitting on the market and becoming stagnant.
