Home sales slowed down a bit in October 2019 for Naperville despite lower interest rates with only 119 closed sales vs 2018's 125 closed sales.  The year to date inventory as of 10/31/19 was 1,466 closed sales vs 1,616 in 2018.  With the bulk of sales in the $301K to $500K range, Naperville still...

Illinois 2nd city had a bad  October with slower home sales compared to 2018.  With only 95 closed sales compared to 2018's 134 it was not a treat for homesellers in Aurora, IL.  Year-to-date sales also show a decrease of home sales from 2018s 1,405 closed sales to 2019's 1,075 year to date sales...
