1st qtr home sales in aurora il: 1st Quarter Results for Aurora, IL Home Sales - 2019

The official April, 2019 results are not out yet so I am giving you the 1st Quarter results instead: Aurora had 304 closed transaction in the 1st Quarter of 2019 an increase of 11.4%! The average sale price had a small increase of .7% from 2018's $216,6764 to the latest average sold of $218,270. Median price rose 3.8% from 2018's $198K to a high of $205,500. These are very positive news for one of IL's most affordable metro Chicago cities. As of today there are 278 active listings.
