Although it's hard to believe but Naperville, IL had the same amount of closed sales in April, 2018 that it had in April, 2017 - 164! The good news is that price appreciation went up a 9.2%! Days on market increased by 1 day to a total of 109 this year vs. 108 in 2017. Current inventory levels are at 639 Total Active Listings! The breakdown is as follows:
New: 73 Reactivated - 8 Price Changes - 63
Listings currently under contract: 423 - Of these listings 15 are $1M and over! Pending: 42 - Should close in the next 30 days or less
