FHA Short sales are always a challenge, more so than other short sales I have come across. I didn't realize what a challenge they would be when I combined the FHA short sale with Bank of America as the servicer. Back in April of 2012, I thought I had hit the jackpot after having 3 offers come in on my 3 FHA short sale listings.

After spending a good part of my morning calling BOA regarding 2 outstanding FHA short sales that I have been working on for the last 3 months and coming up to more challenges I have no choice but to air my extensive list of complaints, observations and questions. For anyone that is working on FHA short sales with BOA you understand where I am coming from. Patience, Patience, Patience! With 3 FHA short sales submitted to Bank of America for over a month with still no actual activation my patience has finally worn out! Calling every couple of days, being promised that they will escalate and I should get an answer "within 24 hrs" and nothing happening will drive even the most patient agent to the brink of a nervous breakdown!
