As brisk as the March weather, home sales in the used/resale detached segment of Naperville, IL homes has seen a 29.2% drop from same time period in 2016. The February 2017 closed transactions were at almost the same pace with 70 closed sales vs. 2016's 71 closed sales. The current inventory of a available homes is broken down as follows:
Active - 445 New - 74 Reactivated - 4 Price Changes - 37 Total - 560
Under Contract - 287 Pending - 28
