buyers market: Low Ball Offers on Short Sales in a Buyer's Market

As a professional I really value teaching my buyers and sellers information on how to price or offer on a home. Yes, it's a buyer's market! Seller's know it and buyer's definitely know it. But does it mean that you submit low ball offers on homes hoping that people are so desperate that they will take it no matter what?
I have done it on foreclosures with investors that just finished a course with Robert Allen or some other late night get rich scheme. Although I tell them that chances are they will not get the home when its already … (2 comments)

Although I have been reading about multiple offers becoming more common in AZ, FL, and other states like many things until it actually happens to you it does not hit home.
