Hard to believe that the year is 3/4's over...fall is around the corner as overnight temperatures drop to low 50's in the Aurora, IL area already. It was a busy August for Illinois' 2nd city as limited inventory levels in one of the most affordable cities made a big dent in closed sales over 2016. Currently there are only 359 available homes in the single detached category! With Aurora having a population of over 200,000 this is one of the lowest levels in years.
