Despite a drop in closed transactions from 120 in 2021 to 78 (35%) in February, 2022, Naperville saw price appreciation of 15.2% to $572,500 from 2021's $497,125! Average days on the market dropped to 64 which is a 13.5% drop from 2021's 74 days on the market. Currently there are 107 available listings with 23 of being "New" listings, 3 being reactivated and 6 having price changes. There are 34 listings already in "Pending" status which technically means that March's numbers will beat February's! Already we have 63 closed sales in March with 212 listings under contract which enforces the spring market coming … (0 comments)
