Yorkville IL January 2013 numbers are in and we show an increase from 2012 numbers. In the detached category 16 listings closed in 2013 versus 12 from 2012. The breakdown for the 16 closed listings were 5 foreclosures, 3 short sales and 8 traditional sales a 50/50 split between traditional and distressed sales. In 2012 the brteakdown was 3 foreclosures, 2 short sales and 7 traditional sales. Currently there are 49 contingent sales and 20 pending sales. We have 98 active listings, 9 new listings and 6 listings with price reductions. It appears we have about 7 months of inventory if we keep up … (2 comments)
