Illinois 2nd city had a bad October with slower home sales compared to 2018. With only 95 closed sales compared to 2018's 134 it was not a treat for homesellers in Aurora, IL. Year-to-date sales also show a decrease of home sales from 2018s 1,405 closed sales to 2019's 1,075 year to date sales. Homes under $400K are the bulk of the sales in Aurora, IL which makes it a very affordable city for today's home buyers.
