Hard to believe that we are in June already! School is out, barbecue grills are being fired up and vacation is on everyone's mind. With school out we expect to see more homes come on the market so buyers that have been having a tough time finding a home can have some additional options. Don't hesitate though, because the good ones will be gone before you can say...back to school! May 2017 kept up with 2016's numbers with 62 closed transactions vs. 2016's 63.
