In Oswego, IL for November, 2021 we finally saw a drop in closed transactions in the single family detached category from 48 sold homes which is a 20% drop from 2020's 60 sold homes. We had 52 closed sales in October, 2021 so not a major decrease in sales. This is pretty normal for the 4th quarter as weather, holidays, shopping and family time take precedence with most buyers. As of today, 12/7/2021 we have 43 available listings: New - 4 Price Change - 5 Active - 34 We have 69 under contract and 3 pending.
