August is always one of the top months for transactions to close to make sure that families with children that are still in school are in the school district, and in Oswego, IL it was a great month for sales versus 2015 closed transactions. We had 71 closed sales in August, 2016 vs only 54 homes sold in 2015! The inventory levels are still a bit low as we go into the fall market. Currently there are 176 active listings, with 15 of those considered "New", 18 with "price changes" and only 3 that are reactivated and back on the market.
