We all know that there's a growing phenomenin going on in the housing market right now right ,,, Well we've got to work on letting people know that they have options and that foreclosure is the absolute last choice.... Good people are scared & they don't know what to do,,, their afraid to talk to their lender,,, they just don't know what to do .... They tried selling their home but that didn't work, and respectfully speaking most agents just don't know what to do.... It happened to me !! I know also these deserving people don't know that a REALTOR CAN HELP THEM !!! When I could'nt help my folks out I realized I needed to do something,,, I joined the #1 Real Estate Short Sale Training company in the U.S and I'll tell you the average REaltor would take 1 year to learn everything I learned in several weeks... The banks have workout programs,,, they don't really tell homeowners in trouble about them & in there defense there soooo busy they don't have time to do it so it's up to us the Realtor to spread the word YOU HAVE CHOICES !!!! Of course I suggest contacting an attorney & a CPA then of course call me ,,,, I'm armed with the knowledge to assist qualifed good people get out from under the burden and move on with life.........
