marietta: Does Anyone do Virtual Staging?

I haven't seen it. Frankly, I haven't looked. But I was wondering, in the age of Photoshop, does anyone stage pictures of vacant properties with furniture and decor? It seems like an obvious way of jazzing up a vacant home so that Buyers can have a better idea of what the place would look like with furniture. Anyway, if anyone performs or utilizes these services, I would be interested in hearing about their successes.

marietta: House Burned Down Next Door -- Selling Point, Right?

So I think everyone was fine, but the house next to one of my listings was struck by lightening a few days ago. It looks like the chimney exploded and the second floor is toasty. The home should be salvageable, but it will take quite a bit of work.
Anyone have a story concerning events beyond their control affecting their ability to sell a home? I would love to hear an "I can top that one!"

Does anybody know what this stuff means? I find it all over the internet, but don't understand what it represents. This came as a programmed alert for my "City" "Real Estate" search. I suppose it is a form of keyword stuffing. If you have any ideas, please share.

My business is located in Marietta, GA. This is a great community and as a family we plan to be here for a very long time. Marietta is the county seat of Cobb County and by far the largest portion of Cobb.
