as most of us know, but rarely practice...if you don't ask for business, there is a good chance you won't get it.  It is a common sense lesson, but not utilized in my experieicne, as much as it should be.  Every peron you meet or have contact with you should ask a serie of questions including 1.Are you looking to buy or sel in the near future 2. Buyers, Buyers, Buyers...come out, come out wherever you are!!
Deals galore are going on here at teh beach and i would tend to bet around the country.  Welcome to the leveling off and to the shift into a Buyers Market...why not take the advantage.  In my office in Myrtle Beach, we have 3 different price drops this week, not too mention the proposed negotiating room that is probable for all our listings.  Buyers need to take advantage, get out there, and scope the best deal.  Working with a good Buyers Agent wil get you in teh door for some of the best … (1 comments)

I am defitently sad to hear about some of the ice storms and harsh winter weather around the country...of course, here at the beach in Myrtle beach SC, has been ridiculously summer like.  I am persoanlly a winter type person (love to ski), but i guess i can't deny liking a little 80 degree weatehr in the middle of January.  Not too mention, i hope it entices the buyers!!!

Buyers vs. Sellers in a no-holds bar, grudge match, of who can wait the other out...its an epic battle and has been for months now, and as the ref (or realtor) officiating between the two (metaphorically speaking of course), its time to call the match and get back to our life.  Buyers, your money is doing no good sitting there collecting dust, and i hate to telly ou, real estate is not going to get much cheaper.  Granted, now is the perfect time to get in and negotiate becasue you can get some great deals (especially in the Myrtle Beach, SC … (1 comments)
