Now may I ask what has that got to do with today's market value?? I have had them say that when my sellers have owned the property for 15 years!! Would you not like to buy a house at the market value of 15 years ago? What someone paid for a house and what they have INVESTED in the house can be two different things. A little over 2 years ago, I switched offices after being at one office over 15 years. One of the best things I did to get the word out ???? I bought several golf shirts in the office color and had the office logo digitalized (for $25). I then took the digital image to the local monograming shop and had the office logo embroidered on my shirts with my first name underneath. She now has the image on file and I can get them customized for about $6 each.
