I have a couple here in the Central Connecticut area that are working to get into a home and unfortunately for them, the wife's credit has issues that have her in the low 500's in score and her husband is a cash only person. They have strong jobs and make enough money such that they save and for him, cash is always there for when the wants to buy something.

Buyer's get very anxious when pursuing their dream home and can get very frustrated and disappointed when their dreams are side-tracked or unattainable. Such is the case with one of my current buyers.
We had been looking at homes in their perfect location and their dream style property, but most were beyond their purchasing power.  Some homes that came within their their range required work and made a 203K mortgage a necessity. We've all had clients that wanted to jump right into properties before talking with a bank. They go online to a site that asks a few questions, they answer in a manner that they believe gives them a good light and come away with a value.
