I have a listing that we have been trying to get sold for some time. The seller is a bit reluctant to listen when I offer suggestions and feedback, but as the listing is getting tired, I suggested he at least consider the advice of a stager.
I have a friend that is a qualified stager and Realtor and brought her over to the house. She did her analysis, sent it over and I forwarded it to the seller.
