Commercial sales are significantly different than residential sales and it was offered in a most informative way by ActiveRain member Eileen Burns on the Zoom call this week.
The theme of her call was Stay in your Own Lane. This had more to do with recognizing one's area of expertise and not trying to do more than qualified to do. As the values in the sales she is involved in are considerably higher than a residential sale, the liability is also quite large.
