In this video we go over a case study where we got an IRS offer in compromise accepted.
 
Taxpayer in the example is single no dependents, owns an S-Corp (So we go over the 433-A OIC and the 433-B OIC. As well as the taxpayer qualified for the low income certificate so he did have to make a down payment with the offer or he didn't have to pay the application fee.
