We ran across an article on virtual staging recently ...and we were, well, we were amazed! When a Realtor lists a home they will often consider staging it- whether it is a simple movement of furniture and sprucing up or a complete overhaul, staging can make a HUGE difference for the seller’s bottom line.
However, some are now considering “virtual staging” whereby a high tech computer program is used to create the “perfect room”, but only ONLINE!
