The first six months of 2012 are "in the books" so now we can take a look at how the Blackhawk Country Club real estate market has compared to the same period in 2011. In both the attached and detached home space things are "at par" on a year over year basis. The time it takes to get a home into escrow has edged lower and median pricing has held steady.

The following numbers represent the current Foreclosure Sold Inventory data as well as the current "Active" and "Sale Pending" data for Bank Owned (REO) properties in Blackhawk, CA 94506 for the month of January 2012. There are two current single family homes active/pending with a high price of $1,369,900 and a low price of $1,039,500. No attached homes are currently active/pending.

The marketing times for both attached and detached homes has remained steady. The data for attached homes is really too small to make any major conclusion but pricing has softened.
