The following numbers represent the Real Estate Market Review of homes sold for the first six months of 2011 versus the same time period in 2010 for Alamo, CA 94507.

Keep in mind that real estate markets are local in nature and there will be micro markets in every town. The Alamo market is showing a bit of a slow down from 2010 in unit sales in the single family home space while pricing has ticked down a bit as well.
