      <title>Why I Am Qualified To Be Your Voice In Congress.</title>
      <description>I am running for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2014 against Debbie Wasserman-Schultz Florida Congressional District 23. Here is why I believe I am qualified to be YOUR voice in Congress. Losing my wonderful father at 13 cost me the role model most people have in their corner until much later in life. I was raised by a loving and nurturing single mother who always supported, and encouraged me to be the best I can be, not to mention, she did an outstanding job of filling in for dad. In the back of my mind, I always strived to make my father proud even though he was no longer physically present, I knew he was watching over me as my guardian angel and was a driving force in my life. Things may have been a little easier had he been there for his guidance too. I always set my goals high and never gave up until they were realized. Whether it was to play on the football team, the weight lifting team, or maintaining a high grade point average in college I was alway driven. When I finished primary training in Naval Flight School I was challenged again and had to compete for the very few coveted slots that would opened up for fighter pilot training. As a naval aviator, I not only gained respect for the military, but a strong military background, as both enlisted and as an officer. My navy days defined me as a man that holds honor, ethics, integrity and accountability above all else. At the age of 22, I was not only a fighter pilot, but had the additional responsibility of leading 40 enlisted personnel in the Line Division of my A-4 Skyhawk squadron aboard the USS Forrestal, an attack aircraft carrier. The duel mission of the Skyhawk was that of a fighter-bomber and a nuclear weapons delivery platform. This mission required a higher security clearance than Top Secret as I was also a nuclear weapons loading officer. As a deputy sheriff, I not only had to know civil, criminal and Constitutional law, I was often called upon to defuse and neutralize many hostile situations. During my tenure as a corporate executive, I mastered organizational skills, fiscal responsibility, implementation and administration of multi-million dollar budgets and negotiating million dollar contracts. I accomplished these job requirements while maintaining accountability for a large advertising department with 25 subordinates. Finally, as a successful business owner, for the past 25 years, I utilized all my previously finally honed skills to be one of the top Realtors in S. Florida and lead a great team that has helped over 1750 families successful buy and / or sell their homes. I now will to draw from a very broad and diversified background to achieve and deliver the goals entrusted to me by my fellow Americans who given me their faith, trust and confidence by electing me to make sure their voices are heard loud and clear in Washington.       <title>Why "Experienced Short Sale" Realtors Should Process Their Own Files.</title>
      <description>Recently on Short Sales Super Stars someone wrote a blog making a blanket statement about why Realtors should not handle short sales.  I SAW RED, and here was my response.  Your comments are appreciated:
For the most part I would agree with you that most Realtors should not handle their own short sales, however, that is for the most part. Many Realtors are taking short sales and, quite frankly, don't know anything about them. They are dangerous to their clients and can easily lead them down the road to foreclosure. I have seen this many times. Then there are Realtors like myself. I invested the time and money and traveled across the country to earn my credentials. I have read the HAFA/HAMP manual several times and keep up with the day to day changes and so has my staff. I find almost none of the third party negotiators have taken the time to get a single certification or attended any conferences. It is at these conferences I have met some key people and have proprietary numbers that are used only as a last resort. I was one of the first to earn my CDPE designation and then became REOMac certified (now Equator), CSSA and NASSPro. I spent month researching and writing the, Foreclosure Wars White Paper, The 33 Point Streamline Short Sale Plan, The Want Us Fail, Their Fingerprints are all over the corpses, and many more. Due to my extensive short sale work I have been in newspaper stories in USA Today, Miami Herald, Palm Beach Post Times, Sun Sentinel and interviewed by NPR. I have been asked to serve as a short sale panelist on the National, regional and local levels. I often hear to clients by lawyers, and I have lawyers call me with questions. I can accurately answer 99% of questions posed and will find the answer to the 1% I don't have the answer for. As a Realtor who handles too many short sales I am in a unique position to be in control of the entire process from qualifying the client, marketing the home at the right price, qualifying the buyer and their lender, negotiating contracts that will close. If we have a problem with appraisals we are in a position of dealing directly with the lender to depute the appraisal, if the lender seeks a deficiency we know the financial situation better than the third party to mitigate the deficiency. And, most importantly the seller, the lender, the buyer's agent are dealing directly with the principle players and not a middle man. My team and I have over 400 approvals and we have never failed to get a short sale approved whether we are negotiating with the lender(s), MI companies, HOA's and condo association, service release companies, default attorney's and even on occasion directly with Freddie. I have tried a few third party companies, owned by lawyers, and two did a great job and two failed to the point I took back one file and closed the other was my only foreclosure. Another important reason we handle our own is outstanding client contact. My staff and I have meetings three and sometimes four times a week and discuss every file. My clients, buyer's agents and buyers can call me day and night and I can give them an accurate update as I don't have to call the third party and wait for an answer. My files are all in drop boxes and every file has a conversation log. I can access the drop box from anywhere in the World if the answer is not at my fingertips. Usually third parties have people with little negotiation skills or contacts at the lenders which include proprietary emails and phone numbers when a file is stalled or declined. Most third party staffs work 9-5 and don't have the driving force to not let a single client's home go into foreclosure. My past and current short sale clients include a CPA. three lawyers, five doctors, three Federal agents, two military officers, two developers, two police officers, five teachers and the list goes on. Almost all my clients get a full waiver of deficiency and those that don't are very pleased with how little we settle for with a full release of deficiency. The payback is my clients love us, feel we have saved them from financial ruin and 99% of my business comes from my clients who can recommend us with 100% confidence</description>

      <title>GOTTA SCREAM!  Short Sale Insanity! This time it's Wells Fargo and/or the investor.</title>
      <description>Been working a short sale with Wells Fargo for TWO YEARS. We've had over five CASH offers $50,000 to $60,000 on 9 NE 9 Ct., Fort Lauderdale, Florida that were ALL TURNED DOWN! About a year ago they tried an auction company that did online auctions. I held open houses for them and made the property available for inspections by perspective bidders. We had no one come through the home and, I understand, the bids came in from $25,000 to $30,000 and the bids were also rejected by Wells Fargo. Despite all the facts and evidence all offers that I submitted which were +/- $60,000 were all countered at over $80,000 net. DOESN'T WELLS FARGO GET IT? This is all a ready, willing and able buyer is willing to pay. Here's why and what Wells Fargo doesn't get: This condo already has a $280 maintenance fee. It also has a land lease for an additional $196 per month for 58 more years for a total of $136,416.  The land lease cannot be paid off. Wells Fargo keeps accepting BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) that apparently do not and will not take the land lease into consideration.  They insist one comparing this condo unit to all the other that recently sold that have paid off land leases. I have stated my case many times and they don't understand that a land lease of this magnitude will reduce the value $20,000 - $30,000. Now, they have set a foreclosure sale date for 3-8-12. They MAY get $40,000 for this condo as an REO (foreclosed property). Let's look at Wells Fargo's additional losses as an REO: $60,000 (less closing cost) now or $40,000 (less closing cost) as an REO less the average cost to foreclose of $50,000 for future net loss of MINUS $10,000! Seems Wells Fargo or their investor needs a lesson in arithmetic.  Property addess is:  9 NE 9 Ct., Ft. Lauderdale, FL just in case Wells Fargo wants to get real.</description>

      <title>Wall Street Gone Wild!</title>
      <description>Wall Street Gone Wild! Strategic Defaults? There was a fraud perpetrated on the American people by no less than Wall Street and the Federal Government. And, if you don't believe it, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you that goes from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Or, you have your head buried where the sun don't shine. Most of my clients were put in positions due to no fault of their own and homes values went up so much so fast they were afraid if they didn't buy at the "artificially" inflated prices they would not be able to buy at all. While they can make the payments why should they be the one's "caught holding the bag" when Freddie, Fannie, et al and all their CEO's, and Wall Street execs got and continues to get millions and million of dollars in bonus'? What am I missing? These traitors made millions if not a few billion in salaries and bonus' off the back of the financially destroyed American home owner, and just as catastrophic, a collapsed American economy. Let's point our fingers at the right people. The bubble burst and prices dropped 40 -60% ($10 trillion for the 130 million homes) which is so much the home owner will never be right-side-up. If anyone does the research, like I did, they would realize bad things happened and are happening to good decent people. Even today Wall Street and the government has their feet on the throat of any chance of recovery. Short sales, with few exceptions, are still insane, absurd and abusive to those of us mitigating the losses they are responsible for causing. Short Sales are slow, cumbersome without standardization. HAMP and HAFA are colossal failures. With five major servicers, three major investors, 500 other investors and four MI companies all bringing their own chaos to the short sale table. This was all caused by extreme greed and what I term economic treason, maybe economic terrorism is a better term perpetrated by the Wall Street and the Federal Government with the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act of 1933 that regulated banks and the enactment of the Gramm Leach Bililey Act in 1999 that deregulated banks by Wild Bill Clinton at the assurance of another traitor Rep. Barney Frank. Where was congress when all this was happening? They could have prevented it, but sold America out for a vote! Bottom line is there was no bottom line, lenders were forced to make loans knowing full well they would never be paid back, of course, the lender profits were astronomical, and "Isn't that special" . After all everyone should have the "right" to own a home whether they could pay for it or not. You really want to know what happened, want an fast education? Months ago I knocked on a door of a home owner in Pembroke Falls which is in my neighborhood. His mother and him were three weeks from the foreclosure sale. I was able generate an "arms length" offer, stop the foreclosure sale and we closed on the home January 3, 2012.
My clients are moving into a condo community that required approval post closing of their home. I was also able to negotiate with the new buyers to let them stay in the home until they were approved by the condo association.
This is a message he sent today after we received his condo approval.

While they are, without a shadow of doubt, guilty of defrauding 130 million American home owners they are still allowed to continue to rape the dead corpse. Further evidenced by post mortem examination will reveal their narcoleptic greed is today still leaving fresh semen deep inside every orifice of the mutilated corpse. The result is 50 millions Americans are now out of work, six million American families have been forced into foreclosure, millions of Americans have lost their life savings and are literally homeless. Why are they so openly and blatantly still living their grandioso, conspicuously consumptive lifestyles on the remains of those innocent families they have methodically consumed? Maybe these numbers are just too small to care about? I have been struggling with short sales for going on five years (right Alex?) and have +/-300 approvals, I am still personally involved in each and every negotiation even though I have assistance, In my opinion BOA, Wells, Chase, GMAC, SunTrust and maybe one or two of the major servicers/lenders have come a long way. Yes, we still encounter glitches, but overall are doing a B+ job because there is still MUCH room for improvement so I cannot give anyone an "A" yet. It's the little "guys", i.e., Aurora, Flagstar, Nationstar, and many other small players who are difficult if not impossible to work with. And, least we forget the collections agencies, the apathetic default attorney's and HOA/Condo associations we also have to deal with that are trying very hard to kill the deals. I just want to write and thank OUT LOUD, the big guys" (see list above) for working so hard to improve the systems so our short sales move through a little more smoothly. Lastly, I give HAFA, HAMP, the media, Obama administration and our congress and "F" as they are a colossal failure and more of the problem than they are the solution.</description>

Since the early 2000's, I have been trying to figure out why the lenders were making mortgage loans they knew could and would never be repaid. These absurd loans were referred to as Liar Loans, Stated Income Loans and NINJA Loans (No Income, No Job, No Assets). If my facts and research is correct, if lenders did not make these loans they would have been held in violation of Federal law.
Today, I finally got it and put one of the largest pieces of he puzzle together. As part of the precision and brilliantly executed plan to destroy the economic system of America and establish the New World Order the collapse of the dollar has to happen. The housing market is the largest segment of the economy and they had to fail it. With the repeal of the Glass Steagall Act of 1933 and the enactment of the Gramm, Leach, Bliley Act in 1999 what would have been criminal activity by the banks was decriminalized. With the signing of the act Bill Clinton, et al set the first domino in motion to collapse the American Economic System. I am not sure where Bush was in the plan, but with the election of Obama the wrong people were put in place to affect any recovery of the economy and did just the opposite as they were, in fact, on the same economy collapsing agenda,
With the election of Obama the NWO's plan exponentially moved forward to the point that the housing market's recovery is highly unlikely and the dominos are now falling in rapid succession nearing the end of the line. The members of the NWO were also counting on the electorate continuing not to seek knowledge, to remain uninformed, would be ignorant, apathetic and believe the propaganda they were being feed.
Congratulations to all the elitist who read it correctly are now 1st and goal to a complete shut out with their last few dominos just now striking the remaining few in the line...
And, now you know why there is no cohesive viable plan for recovery of the housing market

What I put together would make a novel the size of, The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire, which is now being repeated as we relive history. It all boils down to this, create chaos and conquer. Since the 50's, maybe before, when the New World Order was established, America has been on the road of language and customs division. We are no longer a "melting pot", but a hub with unconnected spokes not bound together to create a wheel.
It has become so bad that in some parts of America speaking English is the second language. An acquaintance who speaks some English, married to an American, but doesn't want to become a citizen told me, "why do I have to be a citizen? I can have more if I'm not. I don't even have to learn English, but you better learn Spanish." She has a three year old daughter that she speaks only Spanish. We have made it so easy for people to not assimilate that even the real estate course and state test in Florida can be taken only in Spanish.
I was trying to figure out what the media, liberal celebrities, demo crated, unions and, of course, our leader's real agenda may be. I first learned that Obama was influenced by Saul Alinky, and followed in his footsteps (google him).       <description>Yesterday, it occurred to me the reason for the 100% success rate (275+ short sale approvals) I am able to achieve for my short sale clients (National average is 30%) is I hold myself fully accountable for the transaction. I am in total control of their files, don't use third parties to do my job, and handle the entire transaction from pricing to listing to marketing to negotiating to short sale approval to closing to post closing details and follow up.
Saving my client's from foreclosure is extremely important work because if I fail and they are foreclosed their credit is ruined for years when my success, in their behalf, will quickly return them to a credit worthy life. The only short sales that are bogged down or have been foreclosed are the very few that I have entrusted to third parties to negotiate for me. We make English the official language of the United States and stop dividing America linguistically and culturally. We stop being politically correct and become politically right. No one gets in or out of school, a job or promotion unless they equally compete and are qualified.
We start enforcing ALL our laws or get rid of them. We only regulate those industries essential to the public welfare such as the automotive, farming, banking, transportation, and utilities. We make the glut of government workers get real jobs. We build a strong military, to deploy when it is in America's best interest, close our boarders and let the military patrol with them. We open our oil fields, refineries, and natural gas reserves while we AGGRESSIVELY develop alternative energy. We pay what we can of the debt, but don't sacrifice the American economy for the sake of a foreign economy. We should develop a war time posture, regime and attitude until the war is won because we are in an economic war of biblical proportions and at stake is the American way of life.
From high school biology I recall the definition of a parasite is an organism that lives off the host organism and in doing so destroys the host.  Seems this also applies to career politicians.  So, why do we vote them in term after term...after term...after term...

The morale of the story is just what Winston Churchill said, "never, never...give up". This home had a City and Fedreal deed restriction that ran with the land and the HUD that made it impossible to sell. I must have been out of my mind to take it in the first place!  Regardless, not only was this a BOA short sale, but every buyer had to qualify with the City of Hollywood regarding family and income limits. We worked five offers until one buyer met the qualifications, patiently submitted the reams of paperwork, met with the city for an interview and hung around long enough to close. I feel, we are abandoned and alone in our plight as the improvement in the process over the last four years has been nonexistent. Only the lip service is better. In four years I've yet to see the NAR or any firm step up to the plate and support their agents. Our complaints regarding the mishandling of files and the absurd senarios we witness everyday fall on deaf ears, if we can even find an ear to listen at all. Why not a million Realtor March On Washington or NAR? Think of the publicity! Why aren't the major real estate firms banding together and fighting at NAR and Washington. We should be running National ad campaigns informing the public 70% of those pre foreclosure home owners who will let the banks foreclose know they have an alternative? By eliminating most foreclosures with short sales $93.5 billion a year will be saved and faster sales for more money will help deplete the inventories of distressed properties.       <description>It wouldn't be a day without blogging and trying to make a difference regarding the insane, absurd and abusive environment we as short sale agents and others who work in the short sale arena must endure just to earn a difficult living.
I was brought up to believe in a work ethic where if you did an honest day's work, for an honest day's pay and did good job you would make an honest living. That no longer applies in America. As I sit on the phone all day calling bank after bank or at the computer writing email after email or calling client after client for documents or putting together short sale packages I wonder what happened to our wonderful business? No, make that our country.
Today an associate made an astute observation that prompted this blog post, "it seems like they (banks) want America to fail". I thought about her comment for about a second and concluded she's right. So, we take it and become lemmings jumping off the cliff to our own suicides and they win or we fight back and they lose. I haven't totally formulated a plan, but one is jelling in my head and your feedback would be a great help. Since NAR doesn't care, nor does our corporate headquarters (for those of us with branded companies), since the 545 mostly crooks we have elected to lead us in the legislature, and the Presidency don't care, except the Justices who are appointed and are there for life and don't count, have all sold America out for the small price of a vote why should we take it?
Do we realize that an infinitesimal 545 highly questionable people are controlling over 300,000,000 American's? What am I missing?  So, my initial thoughts are to form a group, let's call ourselves the Foreclosure War Army. I already have the URL. With donations and input from several hundred thousand Realtors and others that are concern we can set up a not for profit organization and force those who are suppose to lead either do their job or they're out. Perhaps we can run major ads in newspapers, magazines and television, inform the public of just how bad things are and that the banks and our elected officials are raping them/ We can give them advise and what they can do about it and how they (the enemy) are continuing to keep their foot on the throat of any chance of the housing market recovery which will lead us out of our depression. Remember, 1 out of 5 households are underwater and therefore affected or know someone that is. Am I crazy or what?</description>

Are you tired of working harder than ever and getting paid less? Are you tired of having the loans turned over to collection agencies in the middle of negotiations? I am not complaining, just angry about what real estate has evolved to  We have an organization who we are paying to represent us. We have paid lobbyist who are in Washington who should be protecting our interest, and not those who are elected and those that are paid to run the NAR.  By protecting their members they are indirectly protecting the publics interest too. This organization numbers a million members, they can do something about the abuse short sale specialist are forced to submit to and endure everyday. Can anyone shed one iota of light on anything they have done to end the servicer/investor/MI company abusive practices, put sanity into a dysfunctional system and streamline the short sale process which economically affects everyone in America. According to "Mortgage News Daily" it cost $77,935 to foreclose on a home. This year it will cost or should I say needlessly squander an additional $93.5 billion foreclosing on 1.2 million homes. We have already lost more than $10 trillion in the equity of 130 million homes. Why is nothing being done? After all It's now going on five years! I would like to hear from those of you who agree and those who do not. And, what do you think they can do that they are not to help their members and the distressed American home owner? This ineffective organization is the NAR.</description>

      <description>I may not be as smart as our President or Fox News for that matter, but If I look behind the curtain I bet I'll see puppeteers hard a work manipulating the stings forwarding their plot of destroying America. I am shocked that Fox News has and is focusing on Obama, the new Howdy Doody, and not exposing the real decision makers who are pulling the strings behind the curtain, i.e., Bilderberg Group, Council for Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission (google these organizations and see who their members are).
I am starting the think they (Fox News) may be playing us with the "Good Guy Bad Guy" routine, after all they are the media. Can it be they are diverting us away from what their real agenda is too? Can we really trust any of the media, can Fox be a "wolf in sheep's clothing"? Okay, maybe I am getting paranoid, but if it smells like a fish, swims, looks and taste like a fish it just maybe a fish. Am I alone in my thinking? I already know the rest of the major media outlets are lying so I don't even look to them for truth except to take their reporting as just the opposite of what they say.
One last item, I see for lack of someone better to point their crooked fingers at, the DSP (Democratic Socialist Party-former DNC) and other smart liberals are blaming the Tea Party for our downgraded credit rating. If anyone is smart and that is only very few of us, they realize it's the Star Trek Trekkies who are responsible for the downgrading of our credit and crash of the stock market. Let's also add the housing market collapse to the Trekkies evil ways. Seriously, what financial gain, what is their motive why would the Tea Party want to cause the downgrading of our credit? If it weren't for them our House would still be democrats hell bent on our economic collapse.
It's only Wall Street and the super wealthy, hello George, who have a motive and will profit from America's economic collapse. These Oligarchist can be found in the aforementioned groups (google a list of members). Blaming the Tea Party is just another one of their diversionary tactics used to suck in the MOA's (Moron's of America) who still believe in "The Change". I just made Short Sale Centurion! 100 short sale LISTINGS sold and still have a 100% success rate (National avgas. 30%). I cannot do better than that. Of course, to sell 100 short sales require 250 lender/investor/MI company approvals because homes have to be resold 2.5 times before we can get one to the closing table. In the last 60 days, I've close three short sales that took over two-years. The key to success is persistence, knowledge and experience. It pays off the read the HAFA Manual too.       <description>I have research, listened and read ad nauseam. As I dig in further and learn more the lump in my throat grows larger. I am truly afraid. I am not paranoid nor a doomsayer; just capable of fitting puzzle pieces together.
For years the Trilateral Commission, The New World Order, The Bilderberg Group and Council on Foreign Relations have methodically plotted and built their oligarchy. Putting their puppets in positions of high power and not only mastering the art of puppeteering, but also the art of bait and switch. They are brilliant and are in total control.
I have been writing for months that from 1933 with the creation of the Glass Steagall Act, which put regulations on the bankers and Wall Street, the American economy hummed along with just a few glitches, and ups and downs, but no major economic collapses especially ones of biblical proportions. That is until the repeal of Glass Steagall in 1999 by Bill Clinton's signing of the Gramm Leach Bliley Act which repealed the regulations placed on bankers and Wall Street in 1933.
Without control and regulation Wall Street, business and government's very few elitist were within a few years able to lead the American and Global economy into a death spiral, create chaos and taking control. The super highway to economic anarchy, confusion and collapse was now wide open without boundaries or speed limits. The few elitist were now in a position to take over and take control of billions of people worldwide.
The puzzle is in place and all they now need is to push the pieces together and glue them in place. If we do nothing we deserve what the future holds in store for us and go to our suicides like Lemmings. If we take control, which we can do in the next election, we have one last fighting chance and a good start in defeating these enemies of the World. A sweeping change in government would thwart their plans. To do this we must place patriots who cannot be bought off in every single elected governmental position. Let our new leaders enact legislation to rein in the unregulated and out of control Wall Street, make banking regulations so tight that these Banksters are so shackled they can't wiggle an inch forcing them to act truthfully, honestly, ethically and morally. De privatize the Federal Reserve and put it where it belongs under the Department of the Treasury.
While their are many other wrongs that must be righted in order to bring back America this would be the first domino in the long line that must be toppled. This one simply act alone will bring the Trilateral Commission, New World Order, the Bilderberg Group and the Council of Foreign Relations to a dead stop, at least, in America, and that would be a good new beginning for the World. Then and only then can we begin to prosecute these thugs for their treasonous crimes against humanity and the World.
Here are a few things to read and documentaries to watch that in just in a few hours will make you think about how we can still save of our democracy? Isn't that an incredibly small price to pay for such a great good and the restoration of democracy? 1. Too Big To Fail 2. Inside Job 3. Obama Deception (not about Obama) and google these organizations that are bold faced and mentioned in this blog.  Read about their purpose, their adgenda and who their members are.  You just may be surprised that there numbers are so few.</description>

      <description>Karen:  I get very angry as those who speak without knowing the facts, condemn without doing the research, theorize with testing the theory, follow without looking and like lemmings go willingly and peacefully to their suicides. Please don't contact me anymore because I am reaching out only to those who, as I am, are for the first time afraid for America, and can see what is blatantly obvious right in front of our faces. The masses are divided culturally and linguistically. The masses do not want to take the time to study, but rather ignore what is happening.  For example, I have an associate that is so uninformed she didn't even know what the Tea Party was until I explained.  She had no concept of Obamacare and thought it meant she would have free health care.  It was overwhelmingly apparent she had no knowledge of anything remotely related to the news and current events, but ask her why Sandra Bullock and Jessie James split up.  She told me she just wanted "Change".  This is not a Democrat thing, it's not a Republican thing, it is bipartisan thing and almost everyone of them are involved.  YOU CAN'T SEE IT?  ARE YOUR THAT EYES WIDE SHUT?  I would assume from your comments I can put you in the same category as my associate.  I've done the research, I've observed what is happening, I listen, I'm open and then I decide for myself instead of letting our leaders decide for me.  As a former navy fighter pilot I am a methodical, practical non alarmist I am neither blind nor dumb.  It is crystal clear to many citizens of the World, and only those who go forth with blind faith, ignore what has been happening and dismiss the possibility that there just may be a conspiracy dismiss us as paranoid delusionals prophesying the "End of World". THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE COUNTING ON, and you like the masses are falling into the trap.  Only very recently did it become blatantly apparent that a thinking, rational person can no longer ignore, but just now begin to see the light and the exponential growth of The New World Order's plan which has become like a rapidly spreading Cancer on a global scale.  So, maintain your blind faith and close our eyes, bury your head because you don't want to open yourself to the remotest possibility that something is going on, and yes, this could happen in America.  Tell that to the 6 million Jews that Germany slaughtered that also buried their heads, closed their eyes until they would no longer open and also said, "it couldn't happen".</description>
