Hi All,
With the recent financial crisis, in New York City Real Estate market we have seen much slower activity as far as buyers aren't running to sign that contract as before.
One shift is for sure, now the lenders are not lending money to buyers that are interested in buying New Developments unless it is 51% + in contract. With that being said, when back in the days (more like 6 + months or so ago), everyone was lining up to get into the door of the new development's sales office.
