Sometimes the spirit of competition can be a frustrating thing, especially when you find the home of your dreams, and either your offer was rejected, or you come to discover that a competing offer was already accepted before you had a chance to make an offer. Although, it’s likely that the first position offer will probably result in a closed sale – it’s never a good idea to assume that you don’t have any chance at picking the home up as a back-up buyer.
