Last week, 12 Palos Verdes homes closed escrow. There were three neighborhoods where 2 Palos Verdes houses sold - Rolling Hills, Lunada Bay and Country Club. The number of sales surprised me as I thought it was low as the average weekly rate of sale for the past 8 weeks has been 15 homes sold.
