That is the same as all of March 2012 and higher than first 22 days of last month (35). (It may take an additional week for some sales to post after the actual close of escrow). The average sales price for single family Palos Verdes homes from March 1st to date is $1,303,696 which is up from last month’s average of $1,282,286 for this same time period.

Palos Verdes region (Region 10) is now accepting registration for the Fall 2013 online. The Palos Verdes Region 10 of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) offers year round recreational and competitive youth soccer programs locally for four year olds (U5 division) all the way up to 19 year olds (U19).
The online registration for Fall and Summer soccer is now available. All players must go to www.eayso.org and register in the eayso database. We have just started to enjoy daylight savings time and Spring isn't even here yet, but summer school sign ups are fast approaching. The Palos Verdes Unified School District has posted the calendar for this years summer programs and, if history repeats itself, they will fill up fast.
Registration for elementary students for summer school will begin on April 8, 2013. The classes will be held this year at Silver Spur, Dapplegray, Mira Catalina and Vista Grande. The school hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and classes run from June 17 through July 12, 2013.

Price per square foot for Monte Malaga houses that sold in 2012 increased to $590 compared from $534 in 2011 a 10.5% increase. Average sales price for Monte Malaga homes sold in 2012 was $2,107,760 compared to $2,230,929. The most expensive home sold for $6,500,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $825,000.
